One spreadsheet for the whole group, plus a printable waiver sheet each runner signs.

Pay at MD Square or AUB
Bring the total for the group. The desk issues one official receipt covering every runner.

Hand in the form
Leave the signed forms at the same desk, or send them through the Rotary Club of Koronadal Facebook page with a photo of the receipt.
