I acknowledge that there are inherent risks in participating in the 2026 Color Me Fun run, including falls, over-exertion, effects of weather, dehydration, contact with color powder, vehicle traffic and contact with other participants. I assume all risks associated with this event, whether known or unknown to me at this time, and certify that I am physically fit to run or walk in this event. Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Rotary Club of Koronadal, its officers, members, sponsors, volunteers and partners from all claims and liabilities arising from my participation. I also allow photographs and recordings of me at this event to be used by the organizers, and I consent to the collection and processing of my personal details for this registration and for event communication only, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
